2018 FSB Wild Game Dinner

 

Our 2018 Wild Game dinner was held on January 13, 2018 and was a great success.

Appetizers were Shrimp, Cheese, Salami, Stuffed Specklebelly breasts, Deer and Elk sasuage and Tuna poppers. Main course was Smoked Pheasant salad, Shrimp, Whitetail Stew with garlic mashed potatoes, garlic bread and cake.

Thanks to our chefs, Stan Gollinger, Ed LaRue, Frenchi and kitchen helpers.

Special Note: FS&B gave out (4) $500.00 gift cards for Outdoor Pro Shop in Cotati Ca, to FS&B members who lost their homes during the Santa Rosa fires.  The gift cards were a small token to those who lost everything during the fire.
